Lara Welter works as a research assistant in the research program “Digital Democratic Innovations” at CAIS. As part of the DIFIS research project, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, she focuses on questions surrounding the digitalization of workplace co-determination, particularly digital works council elections. She supports the research team in academic and organizational tasks and contributes to the implementation and preparation of research activities.
